June 21, 2025 Scotty® King of Kings Tournament Series
Welcome to the official site of the King of Kings! We are pleased to announce the date for the 2025 Scotty King of Kings Tournament - mark your calendars! The Spring Tournament will be held on Saturday June 21, 2024, at Bluffer's Park Marina in Toronto, Ontario. We appreciate the continued support we have received from our sponsors and tournament anglers in the past and are confident this years tournaments will once again be a great success and a highlight of the 2024 Lake Ontario Salmon Fishing Season.
The 2025 Scotty King of Kings Tournaments is now accepting registrations/payments for both tournaments. Registration forms (available under the Tournament Info Page) must be completed in full, with and etrsf or cheques payable to The King of Kings Tournament and mailed/dropped off to Scotty King of Kings Tournament, 7 Brimley Rd South, Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, M1M 3W3.
Many of the top salmon sport-fishing teams from all over the great lakes will assemble for the one day shoot-out format and compete for over $40,000 in Cash and Prizes! In addition to the many sponsors that have supported the tournament over the years, we are very pleased to continue to have Scotty Outdoor Products as the Title Sponsor for the event.
The Scotty King of Kings is a one day shoot-out style tournament.This unique tournament format welcomes teams from around the great lakes and provides for a very competitive and exiting one-day fishing tournament on Lake Ontario with the winner being crowned as the "King of Kings" and rewarded with a huge cash payout!In addition, to a great day of fishing and the opportunity to fish for the large cash prize, the tournament is also recognized for donating money, on behalf of tournament participants, to enhancing the Lake Ontario Sport Fishery and supporting local charities including the Canadian Cancer Society.
2025 represents the 21th year anniversary of the King of Kings Tournament and based on feedback received, we are pleased to announce that the 2025 Tournaments will operate under modified format and registration fees. Therefore, the team registrations will be $1,000. Provided 50 teams are registered, payouts will continue to be for the top 10 teams.We also can’t forget about the Ross Patrick/Pat Cumerford Memorial Big Fish Award which is worth $1,000, or the exciting 3 fish Calcutta that is organized each year - which in previous years has added over $5,000 is cash to the prize pool!Assuming a full field (again), at a minimum payouts will be to the top 10 teams, including a 1st place payout of $20,000 cash - not bad for one days fishing!
For the past 20 years the event has been a huge success and is talked about as the “Premier Great Lakes" one-day Salmon Fishing Tournament.Our wait list is a testament to this statement.We would like to thank all of the tournament participants and the many sponsors who have supported the tournament over the years. We encourage you to put our sponsors products to the "test", and where possible support them in your upcoming purchases as without them we would not have a tournament. We are always looking to add key sponsors and if you would like to participate please let us know.
